How to beat Esmerelda
As the game starts, switch to Bungalow and jump up the path and watch the opening. When the game starts, run behind the beach ball or avoid the shots Esmerelda sends out. Now come around and look at the float she is standing on. There should be a little pump at the front. Shoot this, and she moves to another float. Again, avoid her shots and look at the float. There should be another pump a little further back. Shoot it, and she jumps to a third float, beat her there and she goes to a fourth float. If you need to refill, there is plenty of ammo and Pet Yums to get around the beach ball. On the final float, she will fall under the lava. Do not hit the lava yourself, or you will automatically fluff it. How to beat Winnifred and Mai
As the game starts, switch to Roofus and burrow into the hole in front of you. Now watch the opening. As the game begins, start to shoot Mai (Chang's wife) who is holding on to Winnifred's neck. Avoid the green dog breath that Winnifred breaths out, as it drains HP dramatically. When Mai comes down, start shooting her to slow her down. Watch out for her laser eyes though. Look around for a hole to burrow through. When you burrow through it, you will come to a smaller area with a pool of liquid in the middle. Switch to Chang if you need to, or grab the Pet Yums around the pool. Grab a Freeze gun either way and wait until Mai comes through the small gap. When she is in the pool of liquid, shoot her with the Freeze gun, then, using close range or another gun, attack her and she will come out of the ice and shield herself for a split second. Wait until she moves at least one foot, or it won't work the second time. Continue doing this until she walks out of the pool. Winnifred will reappear outside. Switch to Chang if you haven't done so already, and walk out of the small gap. Watch out for Winnifred's dog breath again, and start shooting Mai. Again, she will fall off, and you will have to find Roofus' telepoint and switch to him. Find the hole and burrow through it, and you will come out on the pool of liquid again. No matter which burrow you go through, you will always come out in this area. Shoot Mai when she's in the pool of liquid, and switch to Chang again when Winnifred comes out. Winnifred will now use her dog breath and Mai will use her laser eyes at the same time. Continue to shoot Mai, avoiding the attacks they both send out. After a while, they will eventually fall to the floor.
